Refund Process for Wrong Mobile Number

Dear Travel Agent,

If you entered the wrong mobile number at the time of booking or it has been more than 30 days and you are unable to verify the OTP, please read and follow the steps below carefully.

Steps :

1. Please download the form by clicking the “Download Now” button below. Print the form and fill it manually using a pen.
2. Please upload the scanned copy of the manually filled form along with the Aadhaar card of the passenger whose name is mentioned in the form, by clicking the “Upload Now” button below.
3. Documents must be only in .pdf or .jpg format.
4. Ensure the form size is below 100KB.

5. PSP Name (Sample Pvt Ltd) will be your agency provider name.

   Note : This is an offline process of the Indian Railways, it does not change the number entered while booking ticket, nor there any tracking system to check status of refunds. IRCTC independently reviews and decides whether to process refund or no

यदि आपने बुकिंग के समय गलत मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज किया था या 30 दिन से अधिक समय हो गया है और आप OTP सत्यापित नहीं कर पा रहे हैं, तो कृपया नीचे दिए गए चरणों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें और उनका पालन करें।

स्टेप्स :

1. कृपया नीचे दिए गए “Download Now” बटन पर क्लिक करके फ़ॉर्म डाउनलोड करें। फ़ॉर्म को प्रिंट करें और पेन की सहायता से मैन्युअल रूप से भरें।
2. कृपया नीचे दिए गए “अभी अपलोड करें” बटन पर क्लिक करके, फॉर्म में उल्लिखित यात्री के आधार कार्ड के साथ मैन्युअल रूप से भरे गए फॉर्म की स्कैन की हुई कॉपी अपलोड करें।
3. दस्तावेज़ केवल .pdf या .jpg प्रारूप में होने चाहिए।
4. सुनिश्चित करें कि फॉर्म का आकार 100KB से कम हो ।

5. PSP नाम (सैंपल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड) आपका एजेंसी प्रदाता नाम होगा।
   
   Note : यह भारतीय रेलवे की एक ऑफ़लाइन प्रक्रिया है, इसमें टिकट बुक करते समय दर्ज किया गया नंबर नहीं बदलता है, न ही रिफंड की स्थिति जांचने के लिए कोई ट्रैकिंग सिस्टम है। आईआरसीटीसी स्वतंत्र रूप से समीक्षा करता है और निर्णय लेता है कि रिफंड की प्रक्रिया की जाए या नहीं।
